Hands On, Hands In Pelvic Care

Our body is never working against us, she is always here to point us back home.

The relationship we cultivate with our bodies reflects how we move through the world-how we love, how we listen, and how we hold life itself. The way we tend to our physical form is a mirror for how we engage with everything around us. When we approach the body with reverence, curiosity, and deep care, we open the door to a more profound connection- not only to ourselves but with the pulse of life itself.

The belly and womb are at the core of this relationship. They are the seat of a woman`s power - where life is created, where intuition speaks, and where our truth resides. Yet, in a world that asks us to harden, flatten, and disconnect, these parts often go untouched and unheard.

We carry tension, trauma, and unprocessed stories in the belly. What we don`t release, we store. And over time, this disconnection dulls our vitality and disrupts the natural rhythm of our nervous system, digestion, and overall energy flow.

Our bodies are not meant to be numb, tight, or in pain. We are designed to be fluid, free, and alive-to feel pleasure and ease until our very last breath.

When we work with the belly and womb, we begin to unravel the layers of restriction and stagnation that block that natural flow.

Through touch, breath, and presence, we invite the body to soften and remember how to thrive. Blood and lymph move freely again, nourishing every cell. Tissues soften. Scar tissue releases and begins to melt. Hormonal rhythms restore themselves. Circulation improves, flooding long-neglected areas with fresh blood, oxygen, and nutrients. Sensation returns-not just physical, but emotional and energetic.

As the organs recover their natural rhythm, we experience greater stability, increased vitality, and a stronger connection to our body`s core strength.

Through this work we support the well-being of the whole and enhance the body’s ability to respond and adapt.

Only by remembering who we truly are and rise up to who we are meant to be, only then we can taste real freedom.

Abdominal +pelvic work

Blending structural integration fascial release techniques and traditional Mexican abdominal massage, this body of work is deeply rooted in the physiology of the female body supporting the tissue to soften and open, where stagnation, inflammation, and adhesions start melting away, increase blood and lymph flow, where the organs and the uterus are supported back into alignment, and assists nervous system regulation. Our work gently invites the whole body to reorganize and shift into healing, enhancing digestion, hormonal balance and a renewed sense of vitality.

Session - 2 hour $200

3 hour $300

Holistic Womb Care

We tend to the pelvis with reverence and deep listening. In the hands on/hands in pelvic work, we invite the tissue to unravel and soften, where she can be held and witnessed. Addressing tightness, numbness, immobile pelvic diaphragms, difficulty feeling pleasure, adhesions, scar tissue, vaginal tears and pain, uterine prolapse, and so much more, this process can be at times emotionally challenging and painful, and only by being in unwavering presence with the tissue and tending to her, true and lasting healing can emerge.

Please note that in order to do hands in sessions, there is a requirement for at least 2-3 sessions belly and womb work prior to any internal. Abdominal work is crucial for pelvic health and without first addressing that, no true change can be held in the body. This is also an important step in building trust and laying the foundation for our work together. It is deep intimate work that we are slowly diving into and setting a relational foundation is key.

Session - 2 hour $260

3 hour $360

Meet the women holding you:

Andreea Bucsa

I will meet you with patience, presence, and understanding. Together, we hold the places in your body that feel most vulnerable. In these moments, you can deepen your connection with yourself and discover that challenges aren`t meant to be fixed-they guide you back to your own strength and awareness.

I support the body in reconnecting with its innate strength and wisdom. My own challenges have reminded me how essential it is to truly feel and honor our bodies. The energy and power within them are limitless-once we access it, it becomes an unshakable foundation for life.

As identical twins, our sisterhood has been the foundation for our own individual healing & provided an exquisite blueprint for relationship to both self & others in the world. Through all of the beauty & challenge, traveling together on this path has been the greatest gift in our lives.

For over a decade, we’ve been dedicated to supporting women in connecting with their bodies, guiding one another on the journey of acceptance and personal growth. Through intuitive movement, mindful touch, and consistent practice, we are reconnecting with our bodies and restoring what has been long overlooked or neglected.

In the beginning of our healing journey, we studied Emotional Eating -a mind-body-spirit approach- at the Institute of Psychology of Eating with Marc David to heal our relationship to food & to our bodies after 14 years of a deeply challenging journey with it. The disconnection from the body has been our initiation onto this path.

We’ve studied in depth with Stefana Serafina through 2 years of 1:1 apprenticeship & an embodiment facilitator training at the Deep Body Institute. Through intuitive movement & dance, we’ve found great healing & freedom.

We have graduated a 18 month women’s bodywork practitioner program with Ma School—teachers: Carly Rae Beaudry & Andrea Terrones. Their skills and mastery have shaped our own understanding and deepening of this work. We focus on freeing the fascia & tending to the most vital places in a woman’s body, the womb, pelvis, abdomen, and breasts. This work is based in the modalities of Structural Integration, Traditional Mexican Abdominal Bodywork, & Fascial Release Technique.
